- Built the full-funnel channel strategy: CTV storytelling → mid-funnel education (Meta, YouTube, Reddit) → lower-funnel retargeting and search.
- Directed agency partners across creative, paid media, and channel execution to maintain message consistency and commercial alignment across all customer touchpoints.
